1) Provide productive and effective support to Client Processing department by utilizing current technology.
2) Provide leadership in support of Client Processing & Servicing department by proactively preparing materials needed for conferences, correspondence and meetings.
3) Maintain and manage reports assigned for the efficient operation of Atlanta Client Processing department in support of the CPM.
4) Provide daily and monthly administrative support to Client Processing Department.
5) Expand knowledge of key positions within Client Services, Insurance Processing and Account Engineering in support of obtaining a full range of knowledge of the business side of the operations to allow a better understanding of the various functions assigned.
6) Expand knowledge of key processes within Client Services, Insurance Processing and Account Engineering in support of a full understanding of the flow of communications and its impact on FM Global and the client.
7) Collects, compiles, and analyzes moderately complex data and information; may prepare reports using more advanced applications of spreadsheet and/or database software.
Identify inefficiencies or duplication of efforts between both Client Service and Processing departments in reporting methods. Provide recommendations for improved reporting methods which will collectively support respective departments.
Proficient use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary for the various reports, spreadsheets, and presentations created/maintained by this position.
Brand Assurance lead for department, work in coordination with other AA's to construct and review power point presentation templates for the CST.
Work with CST in the development and brand/quality review of client facing materials.
Provide daily/monthly support to CPM on required administrative assignments such as mailings, correspondence, projects, spreadsheets, meeting coordination, etc.
Learn and use industry-specific databases such as CSS, Global Tracking and Infoport.
Provide Quarterly report updates as needed
Provide updated TIV & premium report - monthly inforce register report (Infoport)
Maintain weekly updates of processing log and Global Tracking report.
Distribute monthly updated GT report and processing log to CPM, CSM and ACSM.
Maintain PDS coding DQ audit log. Follow up with CPS and track recommendations and resolution of issues. Provide CPM with Coding lead with log updates.
Daily printing and transmission of PM Premium Reports.
Routinely maintain office supplies including but not limited to:
Insurance Policy Binders and Statutory Manuals for policy preparation,
toner for each of the printers/copiers in the common areas, and
equipment or supplies needed by those in Processing and Client Services.
Support CPS with policy assembly and distribution for renewal and new policies.
Certificate processing and distribution - renewal updates and ad hoc requests
Provide ad hoc cross functional support to AA - Client Service and AA - Account Engineer role
High School diploma or equivalent. Some college or project management skills preferred. 4
years of administrative/secretarial experience supporting a work group or manager.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and other spreadsheet or database software, as indicated by the position; good keyboard skills; typing speed and accuracy; refined telephone skills; good written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills; ability to establish and/or maintain filing systems; ability to handle confidential information and material.
Excellent/Advanced PowerPoint skills a must for Client Presentations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
