Project Manager / SAP

Responsible for all aspects of the development/implementation ofIT projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a computer-based systfrom the design process through a finished state for internal/external customers. Provides a single point of contact for projects. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. Oversees/coordinates all aspects of projects. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables.
Responsible for positive customer outcomes through effective planning and management of large and complex projects/service enhancements
o Develops appropriate project plans including timeline, resource plan, stakeholder plan, communications plan,
financial plans and business case.
o Ensures stakeholder alignment and acceptance of plan
o Manages plan holding appropriate stakeholders accountable for their respective deliverables
o Identifies project risks and manages effective mitigations
o Partners with stakeholders to efficiently schedule resources and facilitate delivery. Key contract points include Portfolio Management and Release Management
o Ensures delivery of project acting as single point of contact
o Manages to plan to deliver on-time, on-scope, on budget
o Maintains stakeholder alignment throughout
o Facilitates appropriate checks and forums to manage project dependencies and integrations
o Rapidly addresses issues and facilitates to successful resolution
o Effectively communicates project status via defined process and tools

o Detail orientation with strong sense of priorities in support of overall project objectives
o Ability to work collaboratively in realization of overall project objectives - successful partnering with internal
and external stakeholders; clearly define expectations, roles and responsibilities and facilitate cross-functional
stakeholders in support of project deliverables.
o Demonstrated project management skills - able to effectively plan and manage complex projects; quickly identifies
real or potential issues, seek practical solutions and escalate appropriately
