We are seeking an experienced Dynamics AX Implementation Consultant for our high-performing Transform AP group.
There are openings for this role in our Denver CO, Alpharetta GA, Raleigh NC or Portsmouth NH office.
In this role, the Implementation Consultant is directly responsible for the successful delivery of commercial software implementation development and consulting services. The primary responsibility of the IC is to provide application software development for the implementation of solutions facilitating a positive customer experience.
The Implementation Consultant works with the Project Manager and other delivery consultants, and is responsible for handling multiple facets of software implementation projects for the Corporate Services line of business. This may include but is not limited to: custom application development; installation and configuration of software products, client communication, solution design, business process consulting, custom development, troubleshooting, issue tracking and resolution, training, and other tasks necessary to execute the contracted services.
This is a technical, hands-on coding/development, customer facing programming and delivery role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Microsoft Dynamics AX application development
Visual C#
RDBMS products such as SQL/Server
Software code analysis and troubleshooting skills
Development/programming experience using Object Oriented and proprietary software tools for application development and configuration
Understanding of web application concepts, operating systems, databases, forms design, workflow and document construction and management
Understanding of LAN and system architecture, administration and security standards; knowledge of PC's, network environments
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 50% or more depending on business and client needs
Preferred Experience
Functional Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP hands on professional who also is an experienced Technologist preferred; Modules of Expertise: Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Procurement, Financials
SharePoint administration
Nintex workflow or similar product experience
External customer software implementation or support (i.e. software professional services)
Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills

years' experience with commercial software implementations
A combination of education and experience in which skills in development, communication, and customer service were preferably in a technical field
Ability to diagnose base Microsoft AX code issues and report to product development the identified problems, diagnosis and recommended means for resolution
Education
BA/BS in Computer Science, Programming or Engineering or equivalent skills and experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
