Summary:

What You'll Do:
Answer incoming customer calls for a customer base of 12k
Follow up with customers as needed.
Review daily alarm activity reports.
Basic alarm system troubleshooting.
What You'll Need:
High School diploma or equivalent.
High attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly throughout the day without losing details.
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
Ability to develop solutions for customers through phone/email communications.
Customer service experience.
Phone experience is a plus.
Microsoft suite experience and ability to learn our CRM System.
