is a growing, well-established design firm with a multidiscipline approach to consulting services throughout the southeast.
Some of our many services include Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, and Land Planning.
We are currently seeking a landscape architect to join our growing team.
As a member of our firm, the successful candidate will work collaboratively throughout all phases of multiple projects.
Responsibilities will include project management, including coordination with the Clients, design team, permitting jurisdiction, and contractors.
design (schematic, design development, and construction level), preparation of construction plans that will include planting and hardscape plans and details, specifications, reports, studies, cost estimates, and permit applications.

Job Duties will include:
Master planning through detailed design activities as a project manager and contributor.
Mentoring and technical oversight of junior and mid-level staff.
Business development activities including but not limited to networking, preparation of proposals, interviewing, and negotiating fees.
Preparation/review of deliverables, including reports, cost estimates, renderings, plans, and specifications.
Miscellaneous tasks as required to assist the project team.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's in landscape architecture from an accredited University or College.

years of professional experience as a Landscape Architect, including experience with planning and design of communities, parks, streetscapes, and other similar project types.
Registration as a Landscape Architect is required.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to lead presentations in both public and private settings.
Experience with leading projects through a design review, entitlement, or other similar public approval process is highly desired.
Demonstrated experience with industry software applications (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Design Suite, Sketch-up, Lumion, and all Microsoft Office programs).
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
Must submit a portfolio that accurately represents experience and understanding of the design process, including built projects photos, presentation graphics, and other design materials that represent skill set.
