Job Description:
Role Summary/Purpose:
The IAM Architect will lead efforts to mature existing architecture documentation and practices, while analyzing system designs to identify potential gaps and opportunities for enhancement, with an emphasis on security, availability, and performance.
This role will work across organizational boundaries to understand the stakeholders, tools, applications, and infrastructure for interconnected systems as they relate to IAM.
The output of this effort is intended to drive operational excellence and maturity of solutions while providing clear and detailed architecture reference for Technology & Operations team members.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Collaborate across a wide audience of stakeholders to review and understand existing architectures Establish tools and methodology for creating, updating, and maintaining architecture diagrams and documents nalyze system architectures to ensure they are well-designed, align with industry best-practices and adhere to Synchrony policies, standards, regulatory requirements Participate in cross-functional initiatives, discussions, and review boards as a technical expert in Identity & Access Management technologies Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned Qualifications/Requirements:
BS/BA in Computer Science / other technical degree or Business Management and 5 years of IT experience or in lieu of degree High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of IT experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or operations of Identity & Access Management platforms and solutions Minimum of 3 years of experience designing technology solutions for medium to large enterprises Minimum of 3 years of experience within Information Security/Cybersecurity Subject-matter-expertise with one or more identity platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, AWS IAM, SailPoint, Cyberark, BeyondTrust, etc.
) Hands-on experience working across various identity functions including Identity Governance & Administration, Authentication / Authorization, Directory Services, Privilege Management, and Secrets Management bility to think critically and creatively to identify and resolve problems, be innovative with approaches, and able to effectively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders Proven analytical mindset; Ability to identify patterns or correlation within data sets Critical attention to detail Desired Characteristics:

years experience in IT architecture and/or technical leadership roles within medium to large enterprises Knowledge of modern IAM concepts including SAML, OIDC, MFA, Passwordless/WebAuthn/FIDO, Auth flows, RBAC/ABAC, PIM/PAM, ISPM, etc.
Experience within the financial sector or working with financial industry customers Experience working across a broad range of technical and security domains including IAM, Infrastructure Security, SecOps, AppSec, GRC, Networking, Virtualization, Cloud and DevOps Security industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CASP, etc.
) Strong executive presence, communication and presentation skills Recommended Skills Active Directory Group Administration Analytical Architecture Attention To Detail Azure Active Directory Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
