They have a 14 month-old and are expecting their second child in October.
Mom is a nurse and dad travels often.
Because mom's hours change and dad travels they need somebody with great flexibility.
for the first several months the schedule can be flexible and whatever you would like it to be because mom will not be working.
They guarantee 40 hours per week and you will never work more than 50 hours per week and the schedule once mom goes back to work will be a four day work week.
There is opportunity for overnights as well but not required.
They would like a career nanny with infant experience who is a natural nurturer that can bring ideas to the table and provide structure for their growing children.
The Nanny must have a degree or at least shown some formal education in education/childcare development to provide educational activities as part of daily life.
$30-$35 per hour with 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days and major holidays paid.
However, mom does have to work some holidays such as Veterans Day MLK Jr.
that you would get paid time and a half for.
