Your primary responsibilities will be handling and processing refund requests, managing credit card disputes, and processing payments for our Loader network.

RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring payments to our Loaders are made timely and accurately.
Responsible for receiving and sorting incoming invoices with an attention to detail.
Review and process approved customer refund requests according to internal policy.
Prepare reports on refund activity and compliance with policy.
Research, analyze, document, and manage customer-disputed items, maintaining follow-up until final resolution is achieved.
Assist with month-end financial closing activities in collaboration with the Controller Prepare status reports of customer accounts with past-due balances.
Ensure that re-stocking needs, mail, and other duties are taken care of on a weekly basis.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS Familiar with Google Workspace productivity tools (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc).
1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and discipline in maintaining processes.
Comfortable with web-based software and tools Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via chat, email, and phone.
A team player and willing to help others in their department whenever necessary.
Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
