Call center reps are responsible for meeting weekly/annual goals resulting in continued personal, team, and company growth, through frequent telephone contact.
THIS IS A MASSIVE ACTION ROLL WITH ALL DAY PHONE CALLING AND TEXTING EXPECTATIONS Primary job responsibilities include:
Daily telephone interaction with our database of customers and prospects Ability to learn and follow scripts while being candid Maintain customer records Independently manage time by prioritizing workload and executing phone activities Promotion of Roof Maxx's eco-friendly products and services to prospective clients Gain some light product knowledge on Roof Maxx's product Generation of appointments for our outside sales division Recognize when it's necessary to escalate Ongoing department meetings and training, communicating with manager Promote and uphold Roof Maxx's image through professionalism over the phone Salary and
