POSITION SUMMARY This position requires nothing short of a rockstar, as this is not your average Executive Assistant job.
The Executive Assistant will provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO of Cady Studios, responsible for performing both high-level organizational and strategic duties, as well as the typical administrative duties, in a highly seasonal organization.
This job will be demanding, dynamic, and rewarding.
The ultimate goal of this EA is to keep the CEO productive, on-task, and organized, allowing him to stay focused on big picture thinking, future growth, and impact.
His #1 asset is his time, and this position requires a natural protector and gatekeeper who creates win-win experiences for the CEO and all parties involved.
You will work closely with him to establish strategic and tactical priorities related to business goals and facilitate workflows advancing them.
The immense amount of growth Cady has seen in the last few years is astonishing and very much due to the passion of this CEO.

Knows the immediate status of each project the CEO is working on with streamlined procedures in place.

Acts as a barometer to keep the CEO advised of any potential problems.
Be the eyes and ears for him when he cannot be.

Highly discrete regarding the CEO or any aspect of the organization.
There will be no indulgence in gossip, negative comments, or betrayal of confidence.
