CSR's accurately present Company products to customers and document transactions utilizing the Company's customer service computer system.
CSRs research and recommend resolutions to customer transaction problems and work as members of customer service teams to ensure that all orders are processed accurately and within policy parameters.
CSRs work under close supervision and within specific policy parameters.
CSR's receive daily direction and training from CSR Supervisor and report directly to a division manager.
CSRs may be assigned to 1) specific banks and sales representatives 2) Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) call centers; 3) a specialty product desk; or 4) serve as unit order proofreader.

30am-6pm (PST) Essential Functions 1.
Respond to customer email, Fax and telephone contacts promptly and courteously 2.
Inform customers of available products, pricing, shipping dates and additional information required 3.
Promote related products and advise customers of discounts and price breaks.

Utilize a computer to enter orders, communicate with others and maintain appropriate records 5.
Receive and research customer complaints and order issues and present alternatives to supervision for problem resolution 6.
Confer with production, warehouse and/or shipping staff to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments 7.
Work cooperatively with other staff and regularly communicate both orally and in writing with peers, management, and customers for the purposes of order processing and problem-solving 8.
Follows directions and perform duties within policy and procedural parameters 9.
Proofread work to identify and correct grammatical errors, omissions, order documentation inconsistencies and procedural errors 10.
Accurately type 35 wpm 11.

Education A high school diploma or GED and/or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the position.
Experience 2 years of experience providing direct customer service, documenting orders and transactions utilizing a computer system and working effectively on a service team Some experience proofing own work and effectively resolving customer issues.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Thorough knowledge of high-level customer service principles and practices Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals Ability to follow oral instructions and read, comprehend, interpret and apply written policies and instructions to individual situations Possess a working knowledge and basic skills in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to utilize automated order systems to document transactions Good oral and written communication skills to communicate with internal staff and customers and to prepare business correspondence and reports in English Ability to work under pressure and with shifting priorities Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Also, ability to regularly utilize estimating software and/or apply pricing formulas to specific orders.
