DescriptionRenaissance Benefits is seeking a recent grad to join our Sales Executive Trainee program!At Renaissance, the Group Sales Executive Trainee will:
Learn and implement skills and strategy to promote and influence the sale of our products to prospective brokers, consultants and clients Serve as a liaison between Renaissance and brokers, consultants and clients to ensure an understanding of products and services offered in order to meet designated sales objectives In addition, you will be responsible for:
Completing sales executive training program to include understanding of products, positioning, underwriting, competitive landscape, marketing, processes and administration Developing and implementing strategies and plans to acquire new business for Renaissance to meet revenue targets Developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, consultants, vendor partners and internal and external constituents to ensure sales goals are achieved Preparing and reviewing various reports and correspondence including annual business plans, case underwriting tool, status updates, and sales metrics Conducting and participating in implementation meetings with new groups as required Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned You will need the following:
A Bachelor's Degree and/or three years' direct experience in a consultative sales role Advanced verbal and written communication skills The ability to analyze and resolve problems, using judgement and discretion as required Within six months of employment you must obtain the required state health insurance license Recommended Skills Administration Communication Consultative Selling Metrics Problem Solving Sales Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
