Job Description:
Seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join the team as Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial construction and a proven track record of successfully managing projects of various sizes and complexities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
- Mentor and supervise junior team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum experience in commercial construction project management:
2 years for APM, 5 years for PM, 10 years for a Sr. PM - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
