Job Description SummaryResponsible for developing new products and providing technical services for industrial water applications in cooling water, waste water, power plants, food and beverages, etc. Job Description Responsible for developing new proprietary multifunctional formulations and products for Industrial Water applications like cooling water, waste water, power plants, food and beverages, etc. Responsible for providing technical support to internal and external industrial water customers. Generate performance data in support of current commercial Lead, drive, and coordinate all technical aspects of Innovation Project Management activities Create and present research reports/insights on completed and in-process work to various levels of the organization. years experience working in chemical industry or closely related field., Ability to present research findings in a manner which clearly shows the conclusions and the direction forward for a project., Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in biocides applications, Demonstrated basic project management skills with the ability to work well as a member of a team and interact effectively with marketing, sales and regulatory., Demonstrate the ability to readily obtain new technical competencies and be able to influence our technical direction, Proven new product development experience for industrial water applications in cooling water, waste water, power plants, food and beverages etc., Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate the technical achievements and progress of the research work to both internal and external stakeholders.
