Job Summary The Sr. Director Enterprise Information will collaboratively work with Geisinger's Clinical Enterprise leadership to provide data and analytic solutions in support of the Geisinger strategic mission. The position will oversee and manage Business Intelligence Data Analyst and Solution Developers in an innovative Data Enterprise organization. Through business relationship management, clinical and business focused collaboration, and a customer driven strategy the position will take a lead role in providing the Clinical Enterprise insight and business intelligence to drive clinical and operational transformation. Provide guidance, perspective and leadership to team to meet strategic and enterprise needs. Conveys that strategy to staff and ensures it is fulfilled. Administratively responsible for assigned staff members. Job Duties Provides consistent and appropriate Information Technology leadership for the assigned areas of the enterprise. Ensures data and analytic support for assigned areas of the organization is met. Ensures that staff maintains an understanding of the business policies and practices employed in the areas of responsibility. Works with department, product line, or system leadership to develop and implement data and analytic strategy. Conveys data and analytic strategy to managers and staff and ensures that plans are implemented in accordance with organizational need. Ensures that staff members follow established IT project management guidelines to guarantee a successful implementation. Responsible for oversight of vendor management which includes but is not limited to, contract negotiations, invoice reconciliation, issue escalation, and product strategies. Responsible for development and administration of budget for responsible areas. Responsible for oversight of staff recruitment, development, retention, and disciplinary process. Oversees the formulation staff development plan to ensure members maintain highest level of technical, interpersonal and project management skills possible. Ensures development and fosters a team approach to staff organization and interaction. Oversees that employees' performance evaluation is completed in accordance with organizational guidelines. Directsdepartmental initiatives and ensures full cooperation of staff with other business teams. Participates as core member of the membership leadership team representing assigned areas. Develops long and short range plans for assigned areas, including plans for facilities, services, hardware, software and staffing. Work is typically performed in an office environment. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Data Science & Machine Learning, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
