Position Summary Responsible for the day to day management and oversight of HRIS programs, researching trends and providing recommendations for program enhancement and cost savings initiatives. Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities. Works with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. Often works with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions. Essential Job Functions:
Overall management of all HRIS systems and projects. Execute and validate electronic files for data uploads and transfers Research, troubleshoot and resolve file/interface issues and data errors Perform regular data integrity audits as well as check various data points of the HR Systems to ensure al HR Oracle data is error-free (troubleshoot issues when necessary). Responsible for security administration of all HR users in HR Systems Lead all system testing sessions including creation of test scripts as well as testing and validating all HR system changes/updates implemented by the Principal HRIS Ability to communicate to business partners on changes professionally and in a clear manner verbally or written. Create training presentation slides and videos Monitors and follows up with employees on HR Systems questions/issues and performs the initial troubleshooting to ensure accurate and timely resolution Maintain internal database files and tables and develop custom reports for all HR applications to meet requirements of HR management and staff Work with HR personnel to evaluate software and hardware needs and recommend and implement changes as needed Participate in other HR initiatives as assigned Participates on cross functional teams for HR projects Other duties as assigned Education Masters degree preferred. Years of Related Experience Years of experience 12 to 15 years Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Oracle and Workday experience required Knowledge of human resource information systems and ad hoc report writing Strong skills in Microsoft suite of applications Ability to work with confidential data in a professional manner Good program facilitation skills Strong change management acumen Confident presentation skills Ability to listen to customer in an empathetic manner and take action as needed Ability to handle issues and come to a resolution expeditiously
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Generalists & Business Partners, HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
