Establish and implement a global talent selection strategy and corresponding programs/policies/activities that support the company's ever-evolving business needs. Provide leadership over the talent acquisition function to increase speed of hire and reduce costs, while ensuring that new hires are qualified and possess the necessary competencies for success of Scientific Games. Manage various staffing and talent acquisition vendors and systems. Perform and/or manage executive level searches. Maintain an enterprise-wide talent acquisition system, including key elements of talent assessment, on-boarding and metrics. Manage programs, including affirmative action programs, to ensure compliance with local and national laws relating to employee selection. In collaboration with HR Business Partners and operational leaders, run an on-boarding program that quickly and effectively acculturates new employees into Scientific Games. Develop workforce analytics to measure recruiting success across the company. Education:
Minimum Bachelor degree; Masters or MBA preferred SPHR preferred Required
Experience:

years' experience in global human resources including 8
years in leadership roles 5
years' experience in technology and/or gaming or related industries Hands-on experience with talent programs Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Able to manage nimbly a multitude of tasks simultaneously. Gains consensus and support at the executive level for robust talent programs. Passion for talent. Extensive experience with job selection tools and processes, talent assessment programs and succession planning. Collaborative--understands the value and importance of working in tandem with HR and operation leaders to accomplish talent improvement objectives. This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
