Knowledgeable in PLCs, A/C & D/C Drives, Servo Drives, Motion Controls, Burner Controls (Siemens, Rexroth, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi). Understands the process of troubleshooting complex systems and assemblies. Acts as the primary response for production and facility equipment related emergencies including but not limited to climate control, odors, smoke, spills, damage and repairs. May act as the project coordinator for all size projects including large scale repair and facility projects. Assists with mechanical functionality and immediately responds to production emergencies. Monitors and replaces light bulbs in and around the Alpharetta facility, as needed. Performs construction electrical work. Timely completes all job function related paper work including but not limited to Work Orders, Shift log entries, Shift Detail cards, requisitions and Managed Inventory logs. Overtime as required. Performs housekeeping and cleaning duties necessary to maintain functional work space integrity. Performs all other duties as assigned. Position Requirements/
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of Industrial Electrical & Electronics Maintenance experience with hands on knowledge of machinery, basic electrical and electronics with an understanding of machine control systems. Skills/Abilities:
Must be able to effectively communicate (oral and written) with all employees, contractors and vendors. Self-starter and team player. Must be organized and provide deliverables in support of project plans. Certificate by trade school or equivalent work experience related to industrial electrical maintenance a plus. Must have basic understanding of how things work (process-related). Ability to prioritize and manage multi-functional tasks. Ability to work effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints. Ability to use specialized test/diagnostic equipment, powered and non-powered tools. Must have a valid GA Drivers License Must be able to travel to various work-site locations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
