Job Description The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager - SEO/Content/Strategy, Business Services will join a dynamic, high performing marketing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the strategic content creation for several global websites and blogs across various content management systems (CMS). This role will support team objectives by ensuring content is search engine optimized (SEO), on-brand, timely and relevant. Responsibilities are both strategic (e.g., engaging business partners to develop short and long-term content strategies) and tactical (e.g., keyword research). The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager - SEO/Content/Strategy will oversee an internal team and is responsible for overall website strategies, content creation strategy, lead generation, all SEO efforts as well as leading new functionality projects. The work is varied and often fast-paced. The person in this role should possess excellent communication, management, collaboration, organizational and project management skills. The position reports to the Digital of Marketing Director for the Business Services group and will support various solutions and brands. This role is based in Alpharetta, GA.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team and resources responsible for web content creation, optimization, QA and approvals with a focus on SEO and UX/UI. Spans multiple web properties across various CMS platforms including Sitecore and WordPress Mange website, content integration and special projects, including content structure, QA and website redirect strategy Responsible for website content layout, organization, structure and strategy; develop and test strategies to personalize content for target audiences Gather requirements from the portfolio and integrated marketing teams to understand marketing objectives and campaign calendar to determine how the website can deliver against these objectives while providing technical and content-based SEO recommendations that align with best practices Drive website and SEO strategy, evaluation and optimizations through web analytics; create monthly SEO and website reporting process; present to stakeholders as needed Manage technical SEO strategy for global sites and blogs, including canonical and hreflang tags to ensure web properties are set up and maintained in a manner that maximizes SEO Create and improve processes, facilitate team training, develop intake templates and ensure team meets service-level agreements (SLAs) Employ robust test and learn strategies and processes to allow larger scale deployment of learnings to maximize ROI, including developing and implementing A/B testing strategies, usability testing/surveys and providing relevant analysis to drive B2B engagement and web activity Ensure visuals and content are on-brand and align with web style guidelines Keep up-to-date with web best practices and trends, monitor competitor websites and provide recommendations to drive increased engagement and leads Stay current with website cookies, tags and privacy policy regulations and recommend and coordinate updates as needed on our web properties Manage and support a team that analyses web content and facilitates content updates across various web properties; manage external agencies, partners and web production resources Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field 7
years managing content for global corporate B2B websites Proven track record of hiring, mentoring and retaining marketing talent to include internal team members, contractors and agencies; 2
years managing teams Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines across various stakeholders, with extreme attention to detail; ability to work in a 24-hour project cycle supporting and utilizing teams or contractors in other countries Inventive, perceptive self-starter capable of adapting quickly in a fast-changing environment Proficient in web analytics tools, Adobe Analytics preferred Proficient creating web/SEO reports and using SEO tools; SearchMetrics preferred Experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, web visitor surveys and market research to provide insights as well as recommendations for changes to convince key decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions Solid understanding of technical SEO for global sites, including canonical and hreflang tags to ensure web properties are set up and maintained in a manner that drives SEO efforts Ability to analyze customer behavior using available data to influence ideas for high value website changes Understanding of web design/development concepts and processes Experience in website information architecture and page layout planning Experience with creating and managing production schedules, wireframes and requirements documentation Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Advance Excel experience preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable presenting report findings and materials in group setting Reliability, accountability and the ability to work independently without constant supervision
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
