As the Director, ProductManagement, you will lead the Active Insights and A&R business development and Product Management team and may manage a small business unit with responsibility for budgets and profitability. Performs two or more staff functions such as Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Records Management, Materials Management, Security or Facilities Management Plans, coordinates and manages the allocation of resources (e.g., people, equipment) to deliver timely results Manage the development and implementation of general operating policies, processes and procedures for the organization and lead special projects in multiple areas Develops and directs marketing programs for a significant product or product category Compiles and evaluates research on the market's product requirements and identifies enhancements to current features and functionality Establishes marketing strategies, including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development, to manage a product or product category's life cycle Interfaces with engineers, designers, suppliers and customers to develop product requirements and specifications Prepares and coordinates product introductions and updates General Profile Provides leadership to managers and/or senior professional staff and has accountability for the performance and results of multiple diverse teams; delivers results through management and contributes primarily by ensuring that operational and functional goals are delivered upon Makes contributions to the strategy of the function. Develops departmental plans and provides input to the professional direction of their discipline, setting policy and ensuring operational and function goals are delivered. Qualifications:
Requires a comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles within own discipline and requires knowledge of other disciplines Business Expertise:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
AccountingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
