Summary:
This Training Specialist designs & develops NonStop training courseware including lab exercises; installation, set-up, and configuration of HPE NonStop servers in the Alpharetta vLabs site. The Training Specialist delivers (teaches) NonStop classes, virtual and face to face modalities, based on identified training needs of the HPE technical audiences which may include company employees, partners, or customers. The Training Specialist must be available to travel to HPE Alpharetta, GA. USA to deliver training as appropriate. Key
Responsibilities:
Delivers moderately complex learning solutions to HPE audiences which engage the learner, encourage participation, and produce desired outcomes. Leads multiple projects and programs with global and cross-organizational program teams, including needs assessment, design, development, delivery, reporting, with continuous innovation and improvement of learning solutions. Aligns program priorities with business and L&D strategies; participates in business impact analyses of alternative learning solutions. Contributes to the introduction of new methods and processes for improving quality, deliver and operations to meet Technical Learning Services business goals. Acts as a subject matter expert with HPE NonStop servers, in support of HPE Pointnext readiness needs, for the NonStop portfolio. Accountable for operational goals and the management of project planning, budgeting, and tracking/reporting. Education and Experience Required:
3-5 years HPE NonStop hardware and related software experience 3-5 years in a training development role. 2-4 years' experience, including the management of moderate to large projects. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to quickly understand or learn new, complex tools, technologies, systems, and concepts with a key focus on NonStop Server technologies. Strong project and program management skills. Strong instructional design and technical writing skills. Strong delivery skills including teaching, facilitating, and mentoring capability. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
