VP Communications

Vice President, Corporate Communications As a leader in global commerce and payments, Fiserv is accelerating its presence and leadership through elevated brand visibility, client engagement and associateexperiences. The communications leader function is critical to drive alignment with corporate messaging and consistency and coordination of communications across the company. The Vice President, Corporate Communications drives the development and successful execution of communications strategies. This position creates communications plans, key messages and content in support of business priorities, and drives successful execution and implementation. Ability to provide communications counsel, exceptional writing ability and attention to detail/quality are required. This position is based in Alpharetta, GA, USA and reports to the SVP, Corporate Communications. Working with the Corporate Communications, Business and Corporate Function leadership teams, the VP, Communications owns strategic planning and execution of communications programs to support the overall Corporate strategy and drive associate pride and engagement. Specific responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
o Lead the development of communication plans, key messages and content for the enterprise, and in alignment with Fiserv priorities and global communications strategy to support brand and culture o Drive alignment of communications deliverables among key stakeholders o Serve as strategic partner and provide program direction for various corporate programs and matters o Develop effective communications plans that align goals and objectives to enterprise messaging in support of the company's aspiration, purpose, values and strategic framework o Design and support executive communications platforms for select leaders o Develop and drive content programming for associate updates in support of strategic priorities o Lead the planning, presentation development and successful execution of communications deliverables for key internal and external events, programs and projects o Deliver innovative and creative messaging that incorporates a broad range of communications mediums while interweaving consistent themes o Create comprehensive communication strategies that focus on, and strengthen, associate engagement o Drive execution of routine communication touchpoints (virtual town hall meetings, webinars, focus groups, emails, intranet communications, associateevents, newsletters and related internal communications) aligned with enterprise priorities o Engage associates and drive positive behavior in support of employer brand o Support development of various communications strategies and channels o Foster connection to company's brand and value proposition o Manage several communications professionals supporting the region; set goals and manage progress against them along with supporting their career development; manage vendors or contractors as needed; ensure projects are managed to resonate culturally in each geography to budget and to timelines o Align supporting resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality content (e.g. market research, creative teams, production resources) o Serve and collaborate as strategic partner and consultant to internal stakeholders o Additional projects as assigned Required
Qualifications:
o BA/BS in Journalism, Communications or Marketing o Minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate communications and/or business unit / region communications o Critical thinker/analytical skills/business acumen o Excellent writing skills and attention to detail o Ability to build rapport with leaders and influence others to ensure successful execution of communication strategies and plans o Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop detailed-oriented approaches to driving measurable performance outcomes o Synthesizes and presents complex information in a clear and compelling manner to engage internal audiences o Translates corporate priorities into messaging that drives strategic execution o Proficient in AP style o Must be adaptable to change, driven, energetic and a self-starter o Must be a resourceful problem-solver, thorough, curious, committed and engaged o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality communications deliverables under tight deadlines o Outstanding interpersonal skills, effective team player and collaborator o Experience developing and gaining buy-in for strategic, comprehensive communications plans that employ various tactics and communications channels and are tailored to specific audiences o Experience developing a variety of content types (e.g., scripts, infographics, video, etc.) o Must have experience communicating with a global workforce o Experience in managing confidential/sensitive information o Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on planning, setting priorities, and managing process through completion including meeting commitments and measuring effectiveness of programs o Ability to manage project budgets and timelines The position is based in Alpharetta, GA, USA Travel 20% In order to protect our Fiserv community, Fiserv requires all newly hired employees in the United States to be fully vaccinated before their start date. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
