Senior Content Marketing Manager

What does a great Senior Content Marketing Manager do? As Senior Content Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing clear and compelling copy that educates and informs audiences across all stages of the buying process. You work with enterprise, segment and product marketing stakeholders to plan and create content for campaigns and experiences in support of thought leadership and demand generation goals. You are an expert and ambassador of our brand and editorial guidelines, with the ability to translate content briefs, interviews and business requirements into actionable content that drives measurable results. Reporting to the Vice President, Content Strategy, you manage editorial team writers and agency resources as part of a multi-functional Segment Marketing team within Global Brand and Communications. Key Responsibilities o In partnership with Demand Generation, oversee content planning and development of emails, landing pages and other assets designed to drive defined campaign outcomes o Develop and edit copy for blogs, infographics, case studies, research papers and other thought leadership content aligned to enterprise and segment marketing goals o Brief and manage internal writers and external agency writers to deliver content that meets program objectives o Develop content for our multi-year consumer research program, collaborating with peers in market research and public relations for strategy input and copy that support awareness of the results across multiple audiences and channels o Manage editorial team members in support of general creative services requests, including editing and proofing of advertising, collateral, events, social and website copy o Support creation and maintenance of internal guides, frameworks and templates that enable segment and product marketing stakeholders and agency partners to create and accelerate delivery of content o Expert contributor to Writing Style and Usage Standards, accountable for content that is on-brand, on-tone and in the Fiserv voice, and consistently delivers an excellent client and audience experience Basic Qualifications for Consideration o B.A. or B.S. in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field o Minimum of 10 years of editorial and content development experience, with an in-house marketing team or agency serving large brands o Demonstrated, expert-level editorial development and copywriting skills, with ability to write for short and long-form formats, and experience across digital, including the web, video, interactive and social o Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment o Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members in design, digital, marketing strategy, and executive approvers o Basic content editingexperience in an enterprise-grade content management system Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
