TeamOne Logistics in Alpharetta, GA is currently recruiting for a dedicated transportation supervisor.
This is a 1 shift position and is scheduled to work Monday - Friday.
7:
00 am to 5:
00 pm.
This position also has one Saturday per month on call that will be required.
Job Description:
The dedicated transportation supervisor is responsible for onsite client and customer relations, route dispatch/scheduling, maintaining CDL driver qualification files, implementing company's driver safety program, DOT log compliance, data entry into the TMW dispatch system, e-log compliance, discipline letters, accident reports, interacting with drivers daily, reviewing damage/loss claims with the client, etc.
Additional responsibilities include participating in quarterly safety meetings, coordinating the monthly Safety Committee Meeting, performing new hire driver orientations, and partnering with our equipment vendor to ensure compliance of maintenance schedules on all equipment.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must possess 3 to 5 years of previous commercial transportation supervisory or management experience.
Candidates should have excellent oral and written communications skills and possess the proven ability to manage successfully in a highly visible and fast paced account.
Experience with MS Office products and a knowledge of FMCSA DOT Rules and Regulations is required.
Candidates must also possess a proven track record for outstanding internal and external customer service satisfaction.
Driver trainer certification or previous OTR driving experience is a plus.
College degree is preferred but not required.
