The HR Training Coordinator plays a key role on the Human Resources team in assisting with activities related to professional development, systems support, event support, onboarding, and administration.
This role supports the firm's training and development programs, coordinates relationships with external training partners, and assists the broader Human Resources team with daily operations and special projects.
Principal Accountabilities:
1.
Professional Development and Learning Management System (LMS):
Provide support in the creation and use of Career Development Plans (CDPs) to systematize and prioritize learning items through the LMS o Enroll eligible employees in CDP in LMS o Run reports and track employee progression in CDP Provide overall administration of the LMS to include:
o Load and configure training into the system o Partner in the creation of course resources and tools, career development plans, assessments, learning plans, and onboarding o Content Management:
Review, refresh, and archive content o Set up certifications and learning plans for initiatives in the LMS Assist with Continuing Education process by submitting approval requests for CE credit through appropriate professional organizations, renewal of corporate memberships (CFP, FPA, NAPFA, etc.
) Certification and designation reporting and facilitation Communicate and partner with LMS vendor and IT to ensure system accessibility and functionality Create and monitor cases with LMS vendor to address issues and enhancement requests Support daily activities related to the LMS including employee enrollments, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and overall maintenance Compile and communicate performance metrics for online courses to measure training effectiveness Track expenses for Professional Development training events and Human Resources, adhering to annual budgets 2.
Event and Conference Support Provide pre-event and onsite support for company training events and conferences (Legacy Summit, The Conclave, CSA Connection, CEO Roundtable, Lean Belt, Internship Visit, Women's Initiative, etc.
) Communicate with internal and external speakers Coordinate hotel/lodging Order swag items Assist with set up and tear down for events including meals Order meals for events Book conference rooms for events Coordinate with external vendors (food vendors, wellness vendors, etc) Provide problem resolution in a timely manner Provide quick resolution to issues that may arise during events 3.
Onboarding:
Partner with Human Resources Administrator to ensure that all new hires receive appropriate new hire packages and books Schedule and coordinate New Hire and Benefits Orientation meetings Assign appropriate on-boarding training to employees through the LMS Assist with HRIS Onboarding for new hires 4.
HR Administration:
In conjunction with Human Resources Administrator, ensure all employee processes on New Hire, Termination, and Change Checklists are completed in a timely manner Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and requests to ensure questions are routed to appropriate team members to address Assists HR teammates with planning and executing office events (Half Day of Prayer, Culture Committee, Human Resources team outings, coordination of community volunteer projects, staff meetings, special lunches, etc.
) In conjunction with the Human Resources team, respond to assigned HR Support email box inquiries and requests and support maintenance of company intranet, employee reference manual, job descriptions, policies, and department procedures Partner with Human Resources Administrator to maintain and update organizational charts and directories monthly, and run other ad hoc reports as needed Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team as required and perform all other related duties as assigned or directed by management 5.
Other:
Maintains the highest Compliance standards by adhering to the company's Human Resources guidelines, Compliance policies and procedures, professional designation standards, and industry's regulatory standards to mitigate risk to the company Approaches work, interactions, and relationships in a manner consistent with the Company's Core Values Requirements:

Minimum of three (3) years' prior experience in Human Resources, training/professional development, or administrative roles preferred Experience with Learning Management Systems or HRIS administration preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
