You will be part of a leading promotional marketing agency with expertise in ideating, sourcing and production of branded merchandise.
You will be responsible for assisting the account team by coordinating all operational tasks for various client projects from new order to delivery.
To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time.
If you have experience with marketing campaigns and understand what excellent customer service is, we would like to meet you.
Our ideal candidate is able to both administer daily sales activities and brainstorm innovative ideas to improve our client relationships.
Ultimately, you will drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Account Management team.
Responsibilities Assist Account Team in various tasks related to client project management.
Accurate step-by-step follow through on open orders, from confirmation to delivery.
Daily communication with vendors & and clients to ensure open orders deliver as scheduled.
Active participation in weekly team meetings.
Solving customer/vendor issues Collaborating with other departments Entering orders in our ERP system Update internal databases with account information Generating reports Documenting activities in internal project management software Communicating with clients when necessary Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for the Account Management team Conduct research on prospective clients Help create promotional materials (e.
g.
presentations and videos) Perform market and competitive research Additional Responsibilities Provide an exceptional client experience.

Multi-tasking among clients and orders.
Learn as much as you can in order to grow into the Account Manager position.
Requirements Minimum 1-3 years sales support or project management experience.
Promotional products experience a plus.
Quick Thinker and problem-solver Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
Detail oriented and must care about other people.
Strong Computer Skills :
Microsoft Excel, Word, Database understanding, Order Management Software experience a plus.
