Have great communication skills.
Must be able to handle the physicality of landscape work, be prepared for weather conditions, heavy lifting (60 lbs.
), extensive walking.
Represent the company brand professionally.
The main objective as a crew member is to support the foreman as he/ she tries to produce the quality of work.
It is imperative that great care is taken to ensure the safety of every team member.
Support one another, share ideas showing respect for one another.
Help maintain the machinery.
Our working schedule is Monday thru Friday, work starts at 6:
30am.
Each crew has its own schedule per week, some days you will work more hours than others.
Working hours will vary depending on the crew's schedule and the season of the year.
Overtime is a possibility.
