Summary:
Performs the physical tasks involved in returns receipts and put-away functions.
Process inbound returns POs, checking packing lists/RA (return authorization) verifying correct product was received, working with Procurement to resolve barcoding issues, Customer Service to resolve RA changes/customer communication, stocking and posting inventory.
Ability to perform the tasks of each functional group within the returns department.
Including, but not limited to:
returns processing, gatekeeping/prescreening, RMPO, auditing, picking/shipping/troubleshooting, returns put-away, and cubiscan.
Meets department quality, productivity and attendance standards.
Cross train with other functional departments within the warehouse.
Your ImpactRequired Skills & Abilities:
Strong computer skills (Experience with Excel, Oracle and/or SharePoint is a plus).
Excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrate good time management and task management skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate with employees and managers.
Work in a fast-paced environment and work with a sense of urgency.
Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
Understand implications of the work and makes recommendations for solutions.
Walking with a sense of urgency while picking orders, which may involve industrial ladders.
Packs product in appropriate size box for shipping and correctly to prevent damage.
