-Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials -Analytical and problem-solving skills -Attention to detail -Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor -Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests -Maintain safe work environment by following GMP standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations compliant Quality Control -Performing inspections at random to assess product quality -Responsible for assessing existing situations and suggesting continuous improvements to increase compliance and innovation.
-Apply existing techniques and procedures, with recommendations, and implement modifications for improved efficiency.
-Operate within established HR policies and basic colleague relations guidelines.
-Contribute to the completion of team objectives and assigned project milestones.
-Exercise and build basic team effectiveness skills, such as commitment, feedback, and consensus management, within the work group.
