What does a Delivery Associate do? Drives an Amazon Branded Cargo Van to deliver Amazon packages to customers within a community.
Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! Awesome customer service skills Commonly works 2 to 4 days per week depending on Full or Part Time Role.
Typical working days are 8-10 hours.
Follows strict safety standards on and off the road.
Interacts with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
Uses handheld technology to manage the delivery process.
What are the basic requirements? Must be 21
years of age and have a valid driver's license.
NO SUSPENDED LICENSE WITHIN 7 YEARS.
Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van.
Must be able to move boxes up to 50lbs without reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to quickly get in and out of the van, without reasonable accommodation.
Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers.
