TECHNICAL ANALYST - III

What you ll be doing In this role, as Engineer/Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project management and prioritization of transactional communications and CRM as part of the Visible Base Marketing and CRM Team.
You ll manage activities related to the intake and back end dev for marketing and transactional communications, ensure Jira's capture all requirements and logic to allow for development and setup of all communication's, including Fraud, Activation, Payment, Trade-In, Upgrade, Receipts and support Transactional API to SFMC.
CRM POC for SF Case review and management, and evaluate critical tickets and bugs.
Partner closely with Campaign Managers, Developers and engineering teams to help execute and deliver end to end member communications.
Responsibilities:
Act as back up Front end Dev for SFMC to support Campaign development and deployments.
Make sure our production and lower environments align to facilitate testing.
Assist the engineering teams with debugging transactional communications.
Be the subject matter expert on all things Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Developer Cloud.
Experience with CRM campaign automation tools (i.
e.
SFMC, Adobe Campaign) Understand and establish connections between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other parts of the Salesforce ecosystem, including core CRM (Service/Sales Cloud) Analyze and report results that will drive further optimization for customers email, mobile, web, API's and advertising performances.
Thorough screening in the initial requirement gathering sessions and converting them into the technical requirements.
Identify resources needed to build the solution for identified problem.
Gather teams to document requirements and draft Jira stories.
Align with engineering resources to complete the highest value work.
Convey technical information to non technical stakeholders and team members.
Build project plans and timelines that account for contingencies before they arise.

You ll need to have:
Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Developer Cloud.
Project Management Tools/ (Jira, Catalyst, Google Sheets) Even better if you have:
MBA or MS in engineering degree.
Seven or more of experience as a project manager or product manager, in a technology environment.
PMP Certification.
Scrum master / agile project management certification & experience.
Written and verbal communications skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to quickly resolve complex problems and identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans to keep program schedules on track.
Knowledge of Software Development methodologies.
Recommended Skills Api Adobe Agile Methodology Analytical Automation Catalyst (Software) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
