Carrier Marketing Analyst (Hybrid)

Qualifications:
3-10 Years of relevant commercial lines marketing experience preferred.
Skills/AbilitiesResponsibilities to assisting Marketing Manager Scheduling and attending appointments with Carrier Partners Return phone calls as delegated to carriers and or marketing representatives Assistance & support in maintaining carrier relationships Assistance & support to Marketing Leader Maintain Risk Management calendar and carrier contacts within the shared system (Outlook and One Note) Commercial Insurance Marketing - Risk Management Department Work under the direct supervision of the Marketing Manager Attend weekly account renewal meetings Review submissions received from producers (new business) and account managers (renewals) Follow up for quotes from markets to place business Create, update, and maintain a marketing log to track the progression of quotes from markets Follow up with producers and/or account managers for additional information Complete Insurance proposal for New and Renewal Business Prepare marketing comparisons and PowerPoint presentations when required Prepare the account to Bind Coverage and secure all the necessary signed documents Work directly with sales and claims leader to complete account analysis for new and renewal accounts Work on rate comparisons and analysis for new and renewal accounts Be able to interpret loss runs and historical loss analysis Work with producers to improve daily processes to make them more efficient in the Marketing process Work Closely with Claims Manager to analyze risk Contribute to updating carrier contacts within Outlook and the marketing summary sheet Work within OneNote and Teams to maintain Updated Carrier information Computer Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Familiar with Vertafore Agency Management systems (AMS360) preferred Familiar with the Image Right Desktop file system Familiar with multiple carrier online Rating sites and the ability to quote online #LI-JE1We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
