Located on quaint Marietta Street and inspired by Californian cuisine, architecture, and d cor, TBB offers everything from locally roasted coffee, morning buns, and scramble bowls, to mezze boards and biodynamic wines.
Along with full-service breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner options, the restaurant provides prepared meals to-go as well as an extensive selection of hand-crafted pastries, and other goods.
From nearly sunrise to sunset, guests will be able to find a cozy spot on the porch underneath our 150-year-old oak tree, where they can eat, drink, and unwind.
We are seeking an innovative, forward-thinking leader to join our team as General Manager.
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of all our team members at TBB 122.
The ideal applicant will have a history of proven leadership in concepts offering both counter and table service, artisanal beverage programs, and seasonally driven scratch kitchens.

Responsibilities:
Hire, train and evaluate employees.
Inspire, coach, and develop team members.
Oversee day-to-day responsibilities of TBB 122 and related areas, including opening operations.
Resolve escalated customer complaints.
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency.
Organize and oversee beverage programs & inventory.
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting.
Work in connection with the Chef and Culinary team to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications:
At least five years of foodservice or hospitality experience or equivalent At least two years of leadership experience Understanding of multiple concepts Strong wine and beverage knowledge preferred.
Forward thinking with a high attention to detail and service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and communication skills Strong leadership qualities Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
