This is an ideal position for a growth oriented, business professional looking to get their foot in the door and gain additional experience working in a large, corporate environment within an office setting that is smaller and close-knit.
Responsibilities and duties include o Breakroom restocking o Copier supply ordering / maintenance o Office supply ordering o Inputting / maintaining building maintenance requests o Visitor assistance Create and send emails on behalf of the Chief Customer Officer.
Initiate Conference Calls for the Chief Customer Officer Assist with compiling/updating information using the customer management system.
Qualifications:
2 or more years of relevant experience required Experience in a support role is preferred.
Must be internally motivated with a proven ability to work on projects with limited supervision.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage time across multiple tasks working individually or as a member of a cross-functional team is required.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications desired.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
