We are looking for Event Assistants who understand our mission and have a desire to provide excellent customer service while striving to make every event a success.
An Event Assistant at Phase Events should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have experience working with events , and have a passion for serving our community.
At Phase Events, our Event Assistants determine the best way to meet the needs of clients during their event and provide true white glove service at every turn.
We are looking for part time Event Assistants with a flexible schedule, as our event hours vary week-to-week.
Job Duties:
Opening shift:
Open the venue and make sure the event spaces are set up and ready for client and vendor arrivals.
Greet clients, vendors, and guests as they arrive for the day.
Provide excellent customer service and check in regularly on event clients.
Manage security and cleaning crew on day of events.
Ensure the venue stays clean throughout the event.
Assist with walk in tours of the venue if needed.
Add linens to tables if needed.
Closing Shift:
Check in on clients and vendors to provide great customer service.
Ensure clients are only in the spaces they have rented.
Conduct end of the night walk-throughs of the kitchen and venue with the client and catering vendors.
Work with Security and the Cleaning team to ensure the spaces always stay clean.
Ensure the nightly cleaning crew has arrived before the end of your shift.
Tear down table linens at the end of the night if needed.
Assist with walk in tours if needed.
