Our state-of-the-art facility offers a wide range of medical services, including immediate care for minor injuries and urgent medical situations, alongside virtual visits for follow-up care and consultations for various medical situations.
We are currently hiring a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our team to provide floater support.

As an Advanced Practice Provider at AllCare Primary & Immediate Care, you will work in a friendly and supportive environment, delivering high-quality medical care to our diverse patient population.
You will be responsible for seeing bread and butter primary care patients, managing a varied caseload, and providing comprehensive healthcare services.
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday, 8:
00 am - 8:
00 pmSaturday and Sunday, 9:
00 am - 2:
00 pm
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and self-care management.
Participate in discharge planning and transitional care for patients.
Prescribe medications and monitor psychopharmacology treatment.
Qualifications:
Hold a valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Georgia.
Have at least 1 year of employment experience working in a Primary Care/ Urgent Care setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records and other healthcare technology.
