We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant (CA).
The CA responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients Receiving payment for appointments Maintaining the Doctors' schedule on our EHR system Managing patient files Following up on leads Scheduling and organizing Doctor's talks or other outreach events Maintaining a clean workspace and treatment rooms Tracking patient and sales data Our ideal candidate will have customer service experience and be excited about holistic healthcare.
We are passionate about what we do and are looking for someone who can match our energy.
Experience with Platinum Systems EHR software is a plus.
Most importantly, the ideal candidate is willing to master our software systems, have a powerful hand in running our clinic, and be the smiling face greeting patients when they arrive at our clinic.
