Activities and
Responsibilities:
- Manage Social media activities - Ability to gather and analyze information and data from wide variety of sources - Maintains sensitive, confidential files and records - Preparing reports (monthly, quietly yearly) - Assisting in developing budgets, monitoring expenditures and reconciling financials - Assist HR and Finance team - Assist on internal projects - Coordinate and follow-ups with internal and external members - Interacts with all throughout organization - Assist Operations Manager with other misc Office Duties
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures - Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative office experience - Organizational and planning skills - Great written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite:
Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT - Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work Job Type:
