The Project Coordinator will attend meetings, will handle information needed for meetings, following up on tasks, following up and helping to resolve project related issues, and otherwise acting in a project coordination and communications manner.
From a coordination perspective, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for actively performing numerous and varied coordination aspects and will be expected to be able to work closely with all project stakeholders in tasks such as aiding the updating of project plans and schedules, reporting on project status, and undertaking similar kinds of project coordination tasks.
Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects from start to finish - Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met - Assist in the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and progress reports - Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts - Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays - Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving - Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs
Qualifications:
College degree in engineering, telecommunications or other related field is preferred; or equivalent work experience 2
years of global understanding of wireless network operations.
2 years coordination of large scale projects Excellent interpersonal skills Must be able to work under pressure situations and remain calm and logical throughout a crisis situation Strong written, oral and presentation communication skills Excellent organization skills Technical project knowledge required for project technologies
