Our office is located in Alpharetta.
This position would be part-time 9:
00 AM-3:
30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Possibilty of full time based upon experience.
In need of an Office Assistant/Receptionist to perform clerical tasks that include:
Answering phone/email & checking text/voicemail - categorizing each as needed & redirecting to appropriate destination.
Basic data entry - inputting data into Quickbooks & Aspire.
Front desk receptionist - greet customers, receive mail.
The ideal candidate will be personable & experienced in dealing with customers both in-person & over the phone.
Prior experience with data entry is a plus but not required; we will teach you easy enough.
Employee must have a willingness to learn & a sense for attention to detail.
This position is best for people experienced with the duties required, or interested in gaining new skills in the workforce.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
