Technical Product Owner is responsible for defining and delivering a product's technical roadmap.They work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure the product meets the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Engage with the business team and stakeholder at different levels to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate and prioritize the requirements, and make recommendations on the solution and implementation. Deliver the product that meets business requirements, reliability, scalability, and performance goals. Define and manage product backlog, prioritizing based on business value and ROI. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into user stories for the software development lifecycle. Work closely with onshore and offshore development teams to clarify requirements, remove obstacles, and ensure the team is working on the most value-adding features. Review and accept completed user stories, ensuring they meet the acceptance criteria. Monitor the progress of product development, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders. Skills &
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of technology and software development processes. Experience in a Product Owner or similar role in a tech-focused company. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable user stories. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Experience/Knowledge of Marketing domain is a plus.
