We are looking for a Front Desk/ Chiropractic Assistant who:
Is nice and kind and has positive energy Is detailed and process oriented yet flexible enough to prioritize the most important work Communicates effectively to the patients regarding their insurance coverage and/or financial responsibilities Accurately complete insurance verifications and apply patient charges daily Is self-motivated and will often work at a fast pace to accurately accomplish goals Ability to complete marketing activities Manage patient flow and assist with treatments/manual therapies Ability to use multiple technology equipment and software programs Continuous learner, adaptable to change, and remains calm in stressful situations Is a team player What we offer:
