Responsibilities:
  • Set the vision for HR operations across the US and collaborate with our Latin America offices.
  • Assist with succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Handle employee relations matters with a lighter touch, fostering positive workplace environments.
  • Manage a busy meeting schedule with Headquarters, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Foster team and leadership development by working closely with team leads and middle management.
  • Partner with the WC team in Greater America to ensure consistency in HR practices.
  • Oversee benefits administration and provide light involvement in payroll processes.
  • Manage the hiring and promotion process, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  • Handle HRIS projects and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Respond to Workplace Hotline Calls, managing workplace conflicts and conducting HR investigations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
    Preferred experience is 7-10 years
  • Experience with ADP
    Other preferred system experience includes:
    SAP, Workday, and Success Factor
  • Experience with HRIS Implementation is an added bonus.
  • International HR experience is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
