The perfect candidate will be detailed oriented, compassionate and dedicated.
This position requires to liaison with veterinary services, Animal Control agencies/officers, and internal and external stakeholders.
It is a central hub for a lot of spokes that help facilitate a dog from rescue to adoption.

Keeping Track-a-Beast (software platform) Up-to-Date:
New Dog Entry
Foster, Adopters, Volunteers, Donors, etc.
All forms, including:
Intake forms (from shelters/Officers) Medical information
microchip information Foster Applications & Foster Agreements Adoption Application & Adoption Agreements Record of adoption fees paid Update status of dogs (in foster, in foster-to-adopt, etc).
Responding to emails that come into the email protected email address Medical Care of Dogs in Rescue:
Update Vet Tracker when we get a new vet partner and enter in rate card information Monitor the health & well-being of rescued animals and facilitate necessary medical care Making Medical, including Surgical, Appointments for all dogs in rescue Communicating to the Foster Liaison and/or directly with the foster(s) Submitting / Signing required paperwork to shelters when we save dogs from the euthanasia lists at shelters DOA Pull Form Sheet Assisting with events, as desired Skills:
Strong organizational Very detail-oriented Proactive inclination Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities Proficiency in record-keeping and data management Hours of work:
