The business compliance analyst is responsible for the effective management of the day-to-day insurance program requirements and compliance operations of the company. This includes duties the areas of Internal Audit, Compliance, Analysis, Reporting and Data Integrity.
Responsible for ensuring that SIU and its affiliates maintain compliance with regulatory entities and all other legal requirements. This will include meeting annual license requirements, preparation and filing of regulatory and tax reports and maintenance of the company's operating system for changes in the law.
Internal auditing of the company's workflow including documenting new processes and recommending changes to improve control and efficiency.
Ensures that the Company maintains an effective and competitive insurance program which complies with federal, state, and local legal and regulatory requirements.
Analyzes corporate data, develops information and advises on available solutions or alternate methods of proceeding. Organizes, documents, standardizes, and prepares data for implementation for new systems, procedures or changes; Based on these results, presents and explains the data.
