Manager, PMO The Manager of Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the overall project management function, providing leadership, coordination, and management of the PMO processes and functions. This position manages the team that provides project management support functions and administrative support to project managers. Responsibilities:- People Management: Assembles project team, identifies needed resources, assigns responsibilities and develops timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables. Provide leadership to between 4-8 direct reports consisting of Project Managers and Scrum Masters. - Project Management Support Activities: Develops, clarifies and manages the scope of the project, defines contract deliverables and achieves targeted outcomes. Identify areas to bring lean project management principles to the organization. - Process Engineering, Maintenance and Governance: Provide maintenance and re-engineering process as the business dictates. Provide a level of oversight to ensure compliance in process adherence. - Support Workload Forecasting/Workforce Planning: Develop a workload forecasting process (leveraging internally provided information) including tool development with specific application. - Support Department Budget Variance Analysis (augmented basis only): Perform monthly, quarterly and annual budget performance analysis with a focus on proactively addressing all negative variances by identifying and driving corrective actions. - Support Metric/Scorecard Reporting: Establish and track internal and external key performance indicators (KPI's) such as network integrity, quality, schedule, cost and customer satisfaction metrics, ensure performance targets are clearly defined. - Quality: Participate in a process to ensure the required quality steps are included in the project plans and executed appropriately. - Support Misc. Internal Business Office Deliverables: Develop a standard suite of reports to be used in business/functional unit operations reviews. - Support all other required deliverables to upper management
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Program/Project Management, Business Administration or related major. - Requires a minimum of 4-6 years Project management experience - Experience in managing Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Release Managers. - Prior experience in generating internal and external scorecards based on KPI's required - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred - Superior PC application skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server 2007 - Strong ability to leverage a variety of systems/tools - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface confidently at all levels within the organization - Building blocks technical knowledge of microwave technology - Ability to create process where none exists - Experience creating and maintaining process - Attention to detail with superior organization skills - Adaptable, Analytical, High Energy and Positive Attitude a must - Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills MYK62683JREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
