Financial Compliance/Monitoring Analyst (4 openings - 2 contract/2 per As a member of the Compliance Office, this position is to perform important substantive activities to support the implementation and ongoing compliance
management
system/program. Perform substantive compliance and examination test work to include: Conduct internal reviews and monitoring of business units' compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies; Identify potential gaps during testing and coordinate remediation, as appropriate, in conjunction with Compliance Office team members and management; Support and assist the Monitoring and Testing
manager
in executing the compliance monitoring review program, annual risk assessment and test plan; and Otherwise implement the consumer financial protection regulatory management program. The position will be expected to handle such additional ad hoc activities as requested by supervisor or others in the Compliance Office senior leadership position. Qualifications Knowledge of compliance supervision and examination Functional knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Controls (GRC)
systems
, specifically Archer or ability to learn High level of analytical and decision making ability Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision High level of writing and effective communication skills Functional knowledge of or ability to learn Microsoft systems and other technology systems Knowledge and experience in working with laws/regulations - FCRA, GLB, UDAAP, Dodd-Frank - a plus. Working understanding of auditing standards and
control
structures and/or experience as an auditor or compliance reviewer. Bachelor's degree 3 - 5 years related experience or training This is through the legal department.
