We are currently searching for a Senior Level Business Development Manager to represent our client, a leader in their industry.
BDM's are responsible for driving sales within the Retail
suite of offerings. The core focus of the role is to provide consultative dialogue to key customers focused around the understanding and alignment to their Retail Sales Initiatives. BDM's should possess key skills in value creation, differentiation, and creative solutions development. Additionally, BDM's are asked to work closely with the Client's local retailers to educate the sales force, meet with existing clients and to identify, sell and close Multi-Million Dollar Retail Sales engagements.
Duties include but are not limited to:
o Create and execute a strategy for growing services revenues and overall awareness of Global Services portfolio offerings.
o Provide Executive Level Sales Strategy Development to Client's selling to national retailers
o Intimately understand and formulate capabilities alignment with the customers' Retail Sales Initiatives
o Increased exposure to customer's business initiatives
o Effective value messaging
o Attend client meetings with Account Managers to help promote and sell services.
o Track and drive a services pipeline. Work with Account Managers and clients to close deals.
o Work closely with Client Services Executives to forge solid partnership and drive integration with National Retailers.
o Utilize existing Client's sales techniques to help drive business (contact management, sales training, etc.).
o Accountability to EVP of Sales:
o Bi-monthly sales reports and associated pipeline calls
o Delivery forecasting
o Regional strategy execution
o Documentation of best practices, case studies and methodologies as it relates to wins in the market.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
