Senior Level Program Manager
Responsible for the strategic / operational oversight of projects within any functional business group, including resource, time and cost management.
Major Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Promotes collaborative team work, innovativeness and instills best practices into the working style of the team
Manage program/project portfolio and service cross-functional transformation initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma and Global Resourcing projects, and monitor the quality of milestone artifacts, project and program reporting, and project governance
Provide senior management with visibility into project progress, while supporting effective decision-making, approvals, and direction
Provide value-added Project Management mentoring to team members to support successful project delivery (i.e. Project Management methodologies, job aides, and best practices training)
Accountable to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet partner expectations
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience with the implementation of PPM tools (specifically Clarity) preferred
Understanding of change management practices
Ability to lead teams to create robust plans translating strategy into execution
Skills and Competencies:
Expert knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and change management
Expert ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals
Expert knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics
Expert user proficiency withEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
