The Role
The Infrastructure Manager provides leadership, oversight in the operation, planning and execution of objectives and goals of the Infrastructure Team. Primary responsibilities include: Develop and maintain infrastructure for several large financial institutions, as well as Operational Readiness for the entire technology stack; Enterprise roll-out (application deployments, including planning, execution and follow-up processes); Program Management (work planning, risk and issue management, communications and status reporting). The team is responsible for designing, testing, deploying and maintaining five data centers, and 600
virtual servers, as well as providing senior engineering support for major enterprise initiatives.
Responsibilities
Analyze and problem-solve complex technical issues with minimal supervision, and work within a team environment while communicating well to a diverse set of colleagues.
Providing leadership and program level oversight in the planning, evaluation, design, development, implementation, operation and control of large, complex technology solutions.
Create, design and lead the technical implementation and roll-out efforts for Linux (CentOS, Xen), NetApp, Cisco & A10.
Ensuring communication and change management activities support a successful roll-out of new environments DEV through production.
Ensure conformance to established system architecture, methods, regulations, standards and practices and participate in their creation; participate in long-range planning and ensure those plans are consistent with business objectives for resiliency, continuity of business and regulatory compliance.
Responsible for creating effective designs from functional requirements in a large enterprise data center environment which includes highly virtualized systems that operate in conjunction with other platforms, such as Storage and Networking.
Develop operational processes to address enhancements to the capabilities and periodic maintenance disciplines.
Design and lead a holistic approach to manage the Linux server capability while standardizing on single hardware and software solution.
Provide leadership to engineering staff in the development of capabilities and their support while adhering to architectural guidelines.
Improve documentation, templates and processes.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess 10
years of infrastructure technology experience, 5
years management experience, specifically Linux/Unix, networking, and the following:
Strong technical leadership abilities, with hands-on experience with Linux, Cisco, storage and load balancing.
Experience in designing, planning, deploying, and troubleshooting issues in complex, highly-scalable, highly-redundant environments.
Proven knowledge and hands on experience for event and impact management systems and practices.
Network architecture and design.
Performance and Capacity planning and monitoring.
Proven knowledge and application of engineering methodologies and best practices.
Proven ability to maintain leading edge skills in a rapidly changing environment;
Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation), organization and collaboration skills;
Expert knowledge and development of diagrams and methodologies using PowerPoint and Visio;
Extensive project management skills and experience;
Demonstrated ability to apply new technology concepts to a real working environment
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
